How It Works

Activate your BYO plan

Choose weekly or biweekly delivery and complete checkout. This reserves your spot in our harvest schedule and saves your payment method for future deliveries.

Build or update your box before each delivery

Before every delivery you will receive a text reminder with a direct link to build or update your box. Select the varieties and quantities you want for that week. If you do not make any changes, we will automatically fulfill the same box as your previous delivery.

We confirm your total and charge your card

Once your box is confirmed — either through a new submission or your previous order — we calculate your final total and charge your saved payment method after your delivery has been completed. No surprises.

We harvest and deliver

Deliveries go out on Thursdays and Fridays. You will receive a text when your box is on the way and another when it has been dropped off.

Cutoff and Reminders

Changes must be submitted by Wednesday at 12pm for that week's delivery.

You will receive a text reminder a few days before the cutoff with a direct link to update your box. If you are happy with your previous order, no action is needed — it will go through automatically.

  • 9% off individual box pricing
  • 20% off when you add 5 or more boxes
  • Good fit if you want flexibility between deliveries

The more consistently you order, the better the value. Volume discounts also apply — the more oz you add to a single box, the lower your per-oz rate.

Managing Your Plan

Managing your BYO plan is designed to be as easy as possible. You have two options:

Through your customer portal

Log in to your account anytime to skip a delivery, pause your plan, update your payment method, or cancel. Changes take under 30 seconds.

Through text

Everything can also be managed directly through your reminder text. Want to skip a week? Just reply to your reminder. Our text number is monitored and responsive — no need to log into anything if you do not want to.

Skip a delivery

Skip any delivery, anytime, with no limits. You can also skip ahead multiple weeks if needed.

Pause anytime

Heading on vacation or need a break? Pause your plan for as long as you need and resume when you are ready.

Cancel anytime

No contracts, no cancellation fees. Cancel in under 30 seconds.

What Varieties Are Available?

Current standard varieties include broccoli, sunflower, radish, mustard, salad mix, and melon. Specialty varieties — including pink garnet amaranth, basil, and leeks — are available in limited quantities each week on a first come first served basis.

Variety availability may change seasonally. Your reminder will always reflect what is available for that week's harvest.
